I signed up for Fios in July 2018 and was told I would get a $100 Visa Card. I subsequently registered for it online and received an email on 10/25 saying my reward would be on it's way soon. Nothing arrived or any further correspondance to confirm it had been sent. I have submitted the registration a couple more times with the same result but now it says "You are no longer qualified to receive your reward due to a change in eligibility"
I have called the Rewards Support number three times but I am always put on hold. I give up after 30minutes or so.
Is there someone I can actually speak to about this? I feel like I've been short changed here.
