How do I open up a ticket for your core router?

8% packetloss is unacceptable with the amount of money we feed you monthly to maintain your network. 8% packetloss causes HUGE issues when you stream, dl, or game, basically any traffic that requires a constant stream.
Please elevate and FIX.
A rep may reach out to you on these forums, but the best way to open a support ticket with Verizon is to use phone or chat support. Better yet, if you have neighbors and friends who see the same issues, have them call in and chat for the same. The more people that report problems, the more inclined a company is to fix the problems. The cost of providing support for the problems will eventually start to cost more than the cost to fix the problem.
Alternatively, send messages to Verizon's Twitter support page. The people monitoring that account have been said to be very helpful.
Also the result on the next hop implies there is no problem with that server.
