Slow Netflix Streaming During Primetime

I have the Fios 15/5 internet plan and use it occassionally to stream Netflix (through a DVD player and through a SmartTV).  However, I find that during primetime, and especially on Fri-Sat nights Netflix becomes unwatchable because it needs to re-buffer every 30 seconds.

Any device that streams Netflix is wired to the router via ethernet, so the wireless network is not in play.  During non-peak times, Netflix shows we get the full 15mb speed and everything looks great.

We only stream on one device at a time, so there aren't other devices hogging bandwidth.

I've taken a look around this forum, and it looks like those who have upgraded to higher speeds run into the same problem.

Any assistance on solving the problem would be appreciated.

Most likely you can't fix your issue.  FIOS and Netflix and been in a small war since last Summer.   The problem is before your house.
