Sub-accounts

Hello All,

So I was using the Verizon Yahoo Portal and was pretty much feedup with it so I moved back to Verizon Portal for a few reasons but I wanted to create a sub account for my new roommate.

I go thru all the steps like numerious times and keep getting the same error:

Error Message: You have used all your available sub-accounts. If you would like to create an additional email account, please delete an existing sub-account.

I have no sub accounts created so not sure why I am getting this error  any thoughts or help from the VZ people on the forum...

Your quota is probably set wrong. (Unless you have a dialup account, then you don't get subs.) Contact tech support and have them send a ticket up to get the quota corrected. They will need to send the ticket to the "OSC" department. It could take 24-48 hours for it to be fixed, but usually doesn't take that long.
