Trying to set-up work PPTP VPN with Verizon Fios G3100

I'm trying to set-up my work VPN with Fios. This VPN works over my mobile hotspot as well as when I had Spectrum. I've called our IT guy and Verizon and neither are able to help me fix the issue.

I've tried what I've seen on other posts about updating the DNS etc., but haven't been able to get any more information.

Any help is appreciated!

I need more information here. What client software are you using to connect?

You possibly need to configure port triggering on G3100.
