I was plan to apply 12 month FIOS service when I apply through phone, the salesman told me to do 2 yr agreement with same price and if I terminate earlier because not FiOS coverage when i move, I could cancel the contract without paying the early termination fee.
I going to move to a new place which has no FIOS coverage. when I call customer service explaining myself to a customer service rep, i was told I have to pay 100 early termination fee, second time I was told to pay 250. I told them I had promise that no early termination fee in my situation, they did not agree. Please give me a resonable explain why the promise is not exist and how come the early termination fee has hugh difference between 2 calls!
250 is likely incorrect unless you just started. The fee goes down evenly each month unil its zero at two years.
