Where can I download the latest firmware for the FiOS-G1100 router, Hardware Version 1.03, so that I can update my router manually?

I believe it is not a download by yourself option. 
many times unplugging and plugging back in may trigger it.

Verizon normally sends firmware updates at night in selected areas.
