I need an additional line run in the house and the switch box fios originally installed is full.

Switch box? Do you mean the router that connects your FiOS, and has the antenna?

You can buy a switch from any retail computer store or online. 10/100 switches are relatively inexpensive now. If you are interested in transferring files between computers in your home, you may wish to purchase a gigabit switch, and plug all your devices in there. All you need to do is connect the new switch to any one of the LAN ports on the Verizon router and you would be good to go.

Now if you are talking about the coax cable splitter that connects your TVs and set top boxes, you can purchase a bi-directional splitter at many electronics or TV stores. Bi-directional splitter is the key. The splitter carries the Internet in both directions to your STBs and components on the coax.
