Wireless timeout issue

Help!

My wireless connection across all devices just stops working.  Sometimes while I'm using it.  Typically if I leave the house for a few hours the wireless connection won't work when I get back and I have to reboot the router.

Is there some sort of session time setting that would casue the wireless to function for only a set period of time?

I've changed the channel per other asnwers in other threads.

This is the second router (MI424WR)

I've changed a session time setting from 600 to 1200 for giggles.  No idea what that actually does.

This is getting anoying as the wirelss is just flat unreliable.

The wireless light is on and the conputers (Mac and windows), tivos, ipads all connect but there is no internet connection. Reboot, reconnect and it works fine.

The ethernet connection works all the time.

First week with my new FIOS hasn't been awesome!

It would appear that my response has been deleted?

I thanked the above poster for his/her reply but that link did not address the issue.  The speeds are fine.  I have a connectivity timeout issue.

So here's the solution:

After putting this out on another forum it seems that many people just abandon the Verizion router and use their own.

So that's what I did.

Problem solved.
