FIOS isn't that much greater than Time Warner and I refuse to miss my Lakers!

I agree if there is no agreement soon I will cancel and switch to Time Warner. I will not miss the Laker games.

regular season is the deadline.
the first game is national so we will be able to watch it regardless. However the next day we will not be able to seem them take on portland if you have verizon.
If a deal isn't done by the sat before the season starts(27th) make sure you call TW to schedule the installation so you dont miss anything.

My family has been avid Laker Fans +20yrs. I would hate to drop Verizon Fios as we love it but if we have to we will. I hope Verizon works out a deal soon.
Respectfully,
Laker Fan Forever

Wow, unable to Kudos the No Lakers - No Customer posts! We too will have no option but to switch carriers to TWC if an agreement is not reached ASAP... Hate missing pre-games!

If there is no deal announced by 10/30 I will be calling TWC for an appointment.

I am calling TWC today. I'd rather not have to do this, but the Lakers are the biggest reason I have cable at all. I have sent emails, posted requests, and have heard no feedback. I have to assume FIOS will not be getting the channel and that is unacceptable to me. $150 Cancellation fee is a small price to pay in order to get Laker games.

Brighthouse is the only other provider to carry it. Brighthouse just happens to use TWC's carriage agreements for all its other channels, so it's no coincidence that they are the sole carrier outside of TWC.
