No MSG2 and MSG+2!

I have been a member for over 5 years and now I cannot get channels 79, 80, and 579 (MSG2 & MSG+2) anyone else have this lovely problem with Fios. I cannot wait for my contract to end so I can dump it!!

Do you get an error message when you tune to these channels?

What model STB do you have?
