I rented a video last night and wanted to finish watching it before the 24 hour time period was up but it isn't anywhere to be found. I hate getting ripped off again by Verizon. Anyone have any suggestions as to how to find the movie other than going to "my rentals"? Please help I'm so mad.
Go to the search menu and type in the name of the movie that you rented and it will appear there. If you are still within the time period of when you rented it you will be able to resume the movie from where you stopped waching it. Now you have to remember whether you rented it in sd or hd so you can access it. Another thing you should check is whether it truly is a 24 hour rental because most movies are 48 hour rentals where there are some that are 24 hour rentals. The same thing happened to me when it came time to use that your first rental is on us offer that verizon was offering but i was able to retrieve it by searching for it by using the search menu. Just grab your fios remote and press the menu button that is on it then the search option will appear and then just put in the name of the movie where you can now start watching it again if it is still within that rental period.
