Restore my cooking channel

I've been able to use Cooking Channel's app on my Roku for years now, and tonight it is telling me that Cooking Channel is no longer part of my Verizon plan. No notice was given about this. Please restore this ASAP. Bonus points for providing another method of contacting support online without having to go to the public forums or get nothing from the absurd virtual assistant.

I assume cooking channel is start part of your TV plan?

What plan do you have?
The cooking Channel is only part of Ultimate and Extreme plans.
