Ceton Cable Card - Records only one program at a time?

I've got the Ceton Infinity USB 4 with a cable card.  It's worked well - recording up to 4 programs at a time - for two years.

Sometime recently, it started recording only one program at a time.   I'm not sure what happened.

Has anybody else experienced this?
