Disappointed

I am very disappointed with Verizon - despite having FIOS we have never been able to get through a demand movie wihout the film stopping and going back to the beginning. It is so annoying and frustrating that we will be canceling our service next week and going with COX.

What have you tried?

Have you contacted support?

Is it only on items you rent or only on demand?

Do you have re than 1 STB?

If so, does it happen on all?

How is your Internet performance? VOD rides over your internet connection.

BYW, this is mainly a peer suppor forim.
