Error message with Fios TV app

I have been using my Fios TV app with no issues up until now. I am getting an error message that says "We apologize, but we are unable to process your request at this time. Please try again in a few minutes. Error Code: NoAccess to play this content". The app is working on all of my other devices but no matter what I do, I keep getting this message on my android tablet. Does anyone know what I can do to resolve this? Thank you in advance!

Hi Summie1985,

Since the issue is only happening on the Android tablet, we know that it's not anything that's related to your account. Otherwise, it woudn't work on your other devices either. Try this, uninstall the app and then reinstall the app on your Android tablet and try it again. We hope that this helps!
