I have been trying to set up the Fios TV App on my Fire Stick for months and have had no success.
I get this error, but when I go to myverizon and try to manage account connections, there is no option or setting for this. Please help!

You might need to call the billing department and have them reset your account authorizations. Looks like an authorizaton problem. The only other thing would be to clear the cache and user data for the app, uninstall it, then re-download a fresh copy and start again. Also you need to be on the right plan to use a Firestick or other 3rd party devices.
