Fios incorrectly took my order for upgrade to 500/500 internet and removed MultiRoom DVR. The only way to get it back was to stack an order for the MuiltiRoom DVR on top of the 500/500 installation. MultiRoom DVR comes back the day after the 500/500 installation. Did that erroneous deactivation of my MuiltiRoomDVR wipe the DVR or will my recorded programs be available once reactivated?

The recordings on the hard drive should still be there and available once the DVR service is reactivated.
