Last time I called Verizon I was told that I could have this bundle.  I ordered HBO and Media DVR package, but was told that it wouldn't be activated for another couple weeks.  Um what?  Suposidely I got the ExtremeHD + 20/5 for $79.99, but I can't find any indication of it existing in my account.  When I go into Add/Change Channels & Plan I am given a phone number to call customer service.  

A couple days after talking to the rep on the phone I received 2 DVR boxes in the mail via UPS.  Obviously the rep didn't understand what I was saying.  I sent them back.
