Last night (Friday) , all my Verizon services went dead.  I have confirmed that is power to the while box outside.  Diagnostics lights indicated that power is on and MoCa is on but all othe leds  are out.  Any suggestions ?  Verizon cannot come to the house until Wednesday.  So I am dead in the water for  5 days!!!!  Any ideas that I may be able to check?

Thanks

It sounds like you have opened up the ONT panel. This can be extremely dangerous. Accidental or intentional disconnect of the FIOS cable can cause blindness. The LED light tree should show 5 LEDs illuminated. It sounds like the ONT may require reset, or if damaged perhaps by electrical surge, replacement. I recommend a trained FIOS technician perform the reset because if the box does eventually require replacement, the technician is on hand to do so. I do not know if the ONT can be reset remotely, but I suspect so, and might be worth a try - you might try a telephone inquiry into that procedure while you are waiting.  Good luck.

Rebooting the ONT may solve the problem.

•Disconnect the AC from the Power Supply Unit (PSU).
•Remove one lead from the battery in the Battery Backup Unit (BBU).
      •Wait one minute.
      •Reconnect the battery lead.
      •Reconnect AC to the PSU.

When the ONT is rebooted all the alarm logs are erased, so if you are having an intermittent issue, do not reboot the ONT before getting in touch with a Verzion CSR. If it is the ONT that is causing an issue, there will be no history of the ONT's activity.
