Problem upgrading

I have been trying to get upgraded to the Extreme HD package since Oct.  I have called approx. 10 to 12 times and have been "escalated" and talked with an IT person.  It seems to have an order from last year stuck on the account that they can't remove and it is blocking any new orders.  I've seen some people post on here and have success. What to do next?

My suggestion is to send a Private Message to Techman28 (he may hate me for this suggestion, but...) describing your situation and giving him your Verizon account number or your phone number. I had something similar, he was able to fix the problem within a few days, and I know he has been able to help others. He is a good guy and really wants to help FiOS users.
