When you start a new message or reply to a Forum message

look at ATTACHMENTS>>>Choose File

when you click on it  IT WILL TAKE YOU SOMEWHERE ON YOUR COMPUTER

Rest is up to you.

PS if you want to upload a Word document....CONVERT IT TO pdf then it will upload
