I have a standard Set Top Box (STB); last nite I lost the TV Listing Menu - "Information not Avaliable - Please wait" message for all channels. Past experience suggests my STB needs reset. How do I re-boot it without calling Verizon Support

Most decisive way pull plug, wait, plug in.
Their is also a reboot option in the In-home agent. Available in your menu.
Also In-home agent on other boxes you have or you PC can send a fix signal which wil include a re-boot.
