Remote not working with STB

Another remote from another box works fine. using the "broken" remote it blinks, just doesnt control the box. seems to have happened after power outage. unplugging box and replugging doesnt work. seems to be a programming issue and I cant seem to find any information about it elsewhere.

If you log into In-Home Agent then click the remote control picture you can order a FREE replacement.
