I’ve never received any info from Verizon about returning a set top box but when I look on my TV menu under set top box exchange I see info about returning a box and that I will incur no charges for the exchange. I didn’t go any further because I didn’t trust it. I have 2boxes. A QIP 7100 and QIP7232(multi room DVR). I don’t know if they are referring to one or both boxes. Anyone know about this? Thanks
