I have spent five hours attempting to order the triple play bundle. I ordered the triple, but I was never ever able to find someone to help me to understand the estimated bill that I received. In the end, I cancelled my order and I decided to stay with DirecTV. I can't believe the support that I received. I currently have phone and internet with Verizon and I am now looking for a new provider.

Yeah ... that estimated bill thing is always wrong. I just changed a service for a premium channel, and it's estimate wasn't even close.

I'm still trying to figure out why my, in the mail, initation to buy a $79 mo Triple play package ended up costing $114.00.?
Even the Verizon phone rep could'nt explain and understood my frustration.
It Seemed like and still does have a taste of bait and switch !
