I just got off the phone with an extremely uneducated, very unhelpful woman, whom was employed by a company I've done business with for 4 years. I've never been one to complain but, I just take it every month from this company and now it's my fault for continuing business. The conversation I just had with the worst customer service rep I've ever had the displeasure of speaking to has committed me to end the torture of verizon. I truly hope someone higher up reads this and can figure who I spoke to and end the suffering of anyone who has to speak to her.

This is basically a user supported board.
You may get some assistance from a verizon employee.
I doubt very serioulsy that they will be able to figure out who you talked to with the vague info you provided.
