I'm trying to watch the Lakers-Suns game, and it's impossible. The audio's fine, but the video is jumping all over the place: The screen flickers constantly, goes black (sometimes for several seconds), dissolves into a green pixelated mess ... Does anybody else have this problem? I'm a new FIOS customer, and I am disappointed so far.

Are you connected to the TV with HDMI? If so, then you may be suffering from the HDMI handshake issue (search this forum for numerous posts regarding this situation). The only known "solution" (really a band aid) is to switch to component (red, green, blue RCA jacks - still gives 1080i full HD and use the red and whicte audio cables).

No, not using HMDI. Just trying to watch TNT (Channel 51).

I wasn't watching the game, but could have been a feed issue. Was it happening on any other channels? or just tnt? If more than one channel issue with signal in the house. If just the one channel probably a feed issue from the local vso.

I had a similar problem watching a pay per view movie at ~8pm EDT. It did not go to green but the picture flashed off , went to black, flashed off, and repeated the sequence rapidly. I turned off the TV and FIOS for a few minutes, then turned both on again. No further problem (yet :>).

Happened to me on a few HD channels last night, but went away after a few minutes. First time I've experienced it in a year of having FiOS.
