I've been trying to sign in to beIN SPORTS CONNECT for the last couple of days, and it gets stuck in the "Verizon FIOS Please wait - we are verifying your account..." message.
Has anyone else had this problem and know what the solution is?

I have the same problem, but I don't know any solution yet. Please post a solution if anyone knows. Thank you in advance.

I finally got past that problem today. Now bein tells me I don't have access to their live stream and to contact my provider.. Anyone know the best way to deal with Verizon on this?

Either call 1800 verizon or use twitter @verizonsupport.

I got past the loop once but never was able to access the stream. Now I'm back to the loop.

Now it says I don't have the package for the channel. FiOS says it's beIN. beIN says it's FiOS

This has been going on for months now. Either Verizon, Bein sports or both really don't care about providing the service.

I just went to their website and connected with no problems.
https://connect.beinsports.com/us/
I selected Verizon.
Then got a page that asked for name, email and to agree to T&Cs.
Past that, and I had access.
Have not tried an app if that is what you are using.

My issue just got resolved . They told me to go to the longhorn channel. It needed to be updated. Hit OK. Then once the channel came up . She told me sign in on the app and it worked (first few channels she told me to check were working . ESPN u, BTN sports but then long horn was the issue .hopefully this helps you out. Been an issue since October for me
