I installed two HD boxes. One doesn't change volume, but will change channel with vol up and down, ch up and down. The other doesn't change channel but will change volume. How can I fix this.
Does each box have the same issue regardless of which remote you use?
Have you tried swapping boxes around to see if problem follows box or location?
