I've downloaded to my daughters tablet some movies purchases from verizon and now I can't figure out how to access them if there is no WiFi access.I know if WiFi is available you can use the fios mobile app but how do you access them when there is no wifi (Like when we're in the car)?

Hi! 

You can actually download your movie purchases via the FiOS mobile app and this will allow you to watch them without WiFi.
