Had comcast..... Fios entered the neighborhood and door-to-door representative
promised the moon and huge savings.... Oh the bill may look cheaper but at what
cost to me? I've spent an average of 2 hours per call trying to get support but
to no avail.. Scheduled tech, wasted my Saturday off since he never showed up.
No direct voice available... They suggest internet and chat which is useless since
the service doesn't work.. their phone app fails with errors. I am so frustrated and
all you get is apologies and no action. Requested supervisor call backs several times and never get one. No real person to turn to... even the salesman refused to give me
his card or a contact number.

the best times to call Verizon is between 8 am till 5 pm Monday through Friday anytime after that or on weekends you end up with foreigners from other countries.
