I have had Verizon for about a year with no issues. However I have

recently added services due to moving to a bigger place. I have come

to regret this choice! It has been a battle from the Order for my equipment being at the wrong location and me having to drive a HOUR outside the city with gas prices being what they are! Then my self set up not working and then I go to call customer service today and after calling 5 times I still got not help!! I am seriously thinking about going to another company. Sadly smh
