Verizon has refused to provide me with increased band speed with no explanation.
I found that dealing with Verizon is NOT dealing with a company, dealing with Verizon is dealing with Gang Members!
They must hire gang members from the Bronx.
Dealing with Verizon is scarey!
I truely feel it endangers customers also since they have customer address, billing info etc.
I have reported them to fbi for internet fraud also FTC.
