Displeased with service

I'm very displeased with my service. Not only is it slow but every day I have to reset the router. I get blank page saying I have no internet until I shut down and restart the router. Does anyone else have this problem?

This has to be the worst company I've dealt with.  I have been on the phone for over an hour now, already disconnected twice, and on hold again.... just waiting to be disconnected again.  I can't understand the people in the Phillipines.  I would NEVER EVER refer anyone to this company!!!!!!
