Moved services Sept 1. Recieved nest credit. But have registered for 150 gift card on Nov 1 and says processing begins in 0 days. Now is Nov 17. Still says processing begins in 0 days? Have received the email stating link was broken about a week ago, but that link was(is) broken. Tried calling, put on hold while they transferred me. Hung up about 30 min into it. At one point the status said that the processing was on hold because i had a past due balance but that was not the case either. Now what?
