I never received my promised 19 inch tv. Did anyone have this problem and how was it resolved?

Yeah they over gave the TVs, they should have contacted you to find out if you want to be on the list to get the TV at some point, or just a gift card to bestbuy. go to Verizon Online Reward Center. http://rewards.verizon.com/V2/UI/WebUserPages/Index.aspx for more info.
