Recently added a line for our grand daughter. When she put in her phone numbers for her family and friends, it sent a message that we as account owners had to authorize her additions. NO where in our page has it showed anything. I have gone to the local store here and they have never heard of such a thing. We just want her phone to have the circle numbers so she doesn't go over the minuets. Where is ALTER when ya need them! LOL was alter customers for 6 yrs. Hope some one can help here!! Thanks
