I have been attempting to get Verizon FIOS and Internet for the last week and have been transferred to mulitple departments and spoken with supposed managers. Even after supplying my social security and drivers license I still have not gotten anything resolved . Does it really take this long to get set up with a Interent and TV?? My last cable experience with a different company I was set up within 2 days with only a drivers license and had a very pleaseant experience. Unfortunately where I moved Verizon is the only option for high speed, but at this rate hopefully the competition may be available before I actually get service to my house. I normally don't get on these complaint boards and write about this stuff, but hopefully this issue can be resolved or warn future customers from wasting their time as I have done the last week.
