Verizon Prepaid Visa Gift Card Link Not Working

I am a new Verizon FIOS customer (and hopefully I want to remain a long-time customer) who signed up for FIOS gigabit connection early this month. For the past week, however, the link to register and redeem my Verizon $250 gift card is not working. What is going on, Verizon? Please resolve this.
