Verizon Rewards Card

Verizon/rewards site states that my card was shipped on 10/16 and I still have not received it. What can I do? Any and all help is appreciated. Due to Hurricane Sandy I can not make outgoing calls on my cell phone and am without power at my house. If need be I will call when it comes back on. Thank you for your help.
