Verizon's website self help features issues

Anyone else been having trouble with any of the "self help" items? Since November, it's been "unable to retrieve my STB records", go to the

"change services" page and I get redirected to a "call customer service" page. The site's slick WHEN THINGS ARE WORKING as they should

be. Lately that doesn't seem to be the case 😞
