Verizon sale agents lie. Verizon doesn't take responsibility for it.

So I ordered triple play recently and I was told by an agent that I would be able to change my promotion from samsung/chromebook to the gift card promotion as long as I was within 30 days of my installation.  

When I called in to make the change, the Verizon agent says it's not allowed.  Told him I have a screenshot of the sales agent saying that I could.  The Verizon sale agents will say anything to get you to buy right away.  Apparently they cant do anything for me now.  Just wanted to post this to let you all know before you order service.

I suppose I can cancel my service and reup everything.  But I dont know if I want to go through the hassle.
