DSL Disconnection

I am running Vista and have Verizon for the last several years. About three weeks ago my DSL service started going out at 8:00 pm everynight...not occasionally EVERY NIGHT!!! Sometime after midnight (not sure what time it comes back on and I have no problem after that until 8:00 pm.

6 calls to tech support one visit by the verizon technician and I have the same problem. Anybody else have this problem?

In the Westell, go to Trouble Shooting -> Transceiver Status

And post a screen shot of that..

I hear you. Mine is 15min on 10 min off. ENOUGH. I'm very disappointed with the service and the speed. I'll never ever buy a Verizon product ever again. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. All they do is the same stuff and treat you like a dummy. I don't know how many times I turned that modem off waited 10 sec and turned it on again.
