Hello! My internet disconnects every so often for about a minute, then reconnects. I don't see any patterns regarding time of day or weather. Verizon says it's not an issue on their end. Here are my stats:
Transceiver Statistics
Transceiver Revision: 7.2.3.0
Vendor ID Code: 4
Line Mode: G.DMT Mode
Data Path: Interleaved
Transceiver Information Downstream Path Upstream Path
DSL Speed (Kbits/Sec) 3360 800
Margin (dB) 20.0 10.0
Line Attenuation (dB) 19.5 13.0
Transmit Power (dBm) 7.4 11.9
Any ideas? Thanks!

Thanks for the help! It ended up being an issue with the wiring. There were 2 DSL lines coming into the building. One was supposed to be disconnected but never was.

Are you using a router or just the 6100? Do all the phones, fax machines, computer modems and alarm systems have micro-filters installed?

Yes, attached to the Westell 6300 is a D-Link wireless router WBR 1310. I don't have a house phone. I have a separate telephone line for the fax machine, and it has a DSL filter attached to it. I don't know what a micro-filter is.
Thanks!
