has anyone else had to deal with re-activating their verizon account in order to re-connect to the internet after you loose your internet connection
Hello mrmsrbl...sorry to hear of your inconvenience in having to re-active your account, if all you did was lose connection then no you should not have to re-active your account. If you would like, send me a private message with your billing account information (i.e, DSL account number or Billing Telephone number) and I can look into your account to see what happened. thanks
