Westell VersaLink 7500 Portforwarding FTP

Ok this router is making me frustrasted. I finally got the slingbox working but now I can't seem to get my ftp working. I'm using RaidenFTP. I'm not sure when I forward the ports if I'm supposed to select host or dynamic. Right now I'm using host and it won't work. When I got home from work I'll try dynamic. I've been at this for days. Last night till 3 am. I need to fix this so I can sleep. LOL  Any help I'd be grateful.

#1 When using "host", did you try entering the IP address of this computer?

#2 What does the router's screens look like

#3 What is the port from the net?

This means at any of the following sites:

b) If not open, what is it?

How did you get your Slingbox working with the Westell 7500? I am frustrated as well.
