Hi -I have a small (6x6") arris ONT installed with FiOs in my apartment. The ONT was actually installed prior to FiOs Internet and TV to support my phone. Verizon told me I had to swich fromm copper. Verizon sent me a huge battery for backup supposedly to support phone in the evnt of a blackout, but I do not see anyway in which this battery powers the small ONT. I do not have the huge white ONT with components module you see in all their videos. Any ideas?
