You still have the "old" (Rich and Basic) and the "new" webmail interfaces; this is confusing I think, why are all still available, and does Verizon plan to completely eliminate the old interfaces any time soon?

Hi, Justin.
Thank you for your participation in this session.
We still do have Verizon Webmail Classic - Basic, Verizon Webmail Classic - Rich and Verizon Message Center. We do expect to transition all customers (except dial up) to Verizon Message Center. Verizon Message Center is our new email application that carries forward all the features of Verizon Webmail Classic in addition to offering Calendar, Call Logs and Visual Voicemail for Verizon Call Assistant customers. The transition will take place over the coming year.
