I signed up for a fios triple play in December and was promised a $300 gift but when I call they say I chose to get a discount instead. This never happened, then they said they would increase my bill and give me the gift card. What a joke advertise an offer and then not honor your promotion. This is a poor marketing tactic and business practice. The federal government should fine verizon and the CEO personally for this type of business practice. I am not the only one who has been screwed. Just look at this forum. Verizon stinks. I will be filing a complaint with the public utilities commission and the better business bureau. My advice is for anyone thinking of using verizon don't you will be disappointed from installation to service to billing. This is not the only issue I have had since my installation.
